Our organization was having a difficult time finding files they saved leading to frustrated employees and clients as they went unserved. In a partnership with IT, we disabled flashdrive usage, and began migrating client files from local drives and shared drives to OneDrive and SharePoint. The goal of this training was to both reassure users their files are safe while explaining how their locally saved files are now more conveniently located in the cloud as well as on their devices.
